What is Battle Cancer?
Battle Cancer is a global movement that combines fitness with fundraising to support individuals and families affected by cancer. Since its inception, the organisation has brought together thousands of participants from all walks of life to take on physical challenges, all while raising vital funds for cancer charities and initiatives.
What makes Battle Cancer truly special is its inclusivity. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, the events are designed so that anyone can take part. It’s not just about competition—it’s about community, resilience, and making a difference.
Introducing the Hybrid 3|20 Challenge
This year, Battle Cancer is introducing an exciting new format: the Hybrid 3|20 Challenge.
Taking place on June 27th, this individual challenge allows participants to book a heat with friends and compete alongside one another in a high-energy, supportive environment.
The format includes:
9 workout stations, designed to test strength, endurance, and grit
Max reps at each station, pushing participants to their limits
A 20-minute maximum distance run to finish
It’s a dynamic and accessible challenge that blends functional fitness with endurance—perfect for those looking to push themselves while being part of something bigger.
Fitness with a Purpose
At the heart of Battle Cancer is fundraising. Every participant is encouraged to raise money to support cancer charities, helping to fund life-saving research, support services, and community programmes.
