Assistance Dogs

Verified assistance dogs are warmly welcomed at our venue for visitors who require their support.

Verification can be gained through organisations accredited by Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), such as:
•    Guide Dogs NI
•    Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
•    Dogs for Good
•    Support Dogs
•    Canine Partners
•    Autism NI (in partnership with ADUK-accredited trainers)

Acceptable forms of identification include:
•    A photo ID card showing both the handler’s and dog’s details
•    A certificate or letter of verification confirming the dog’s assistance status
•    A branded harness, jacket, or lead sleeve displaying the ADUK or training organisation’s logo

Please note that pet dogs are not permitted on site and should not be left in vehicles in the car park.
