The King's Hall Exhibition & Conference Centre Ltd (KHECC Ltd), operators of the Eikon Exhibition Centre, held their Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 13th February 2025.
The meeting marked the retirement of Alexandra Woods, who has served on the KHECC Ltd Board since her appointment in February 2017. Theresa Morrissey, Group Executive Director, expressed sincere appreciation for Alexandra's eight years of dedicated service, highlighting her support and stewardship during her tenure. Alexandra's contribution has been instrumental in driving the expansion of KHECC Ltd and showcasing its success.
Succeeding Alexandra as Chairman is Jay Warden, who has been a Director at KHECC Ltd since February 2017. Jay brings a wealth of experience to the role, having also served as a Director at KH Balmoral Estates Limited since October 2017. His extensive involvement in the Society positions him well to lead KHECC Ltd into its next chapter.
