Waste and recycling systems are in place to support segregation, collection, and responsible disposal during events. Organisers are typically encouraged to coordinate in advance with the venue team to ensure appropriate waste and recycling arrangements are put in place based on the scale and nature of the event.
In addition, the Eikon Hall features water stations, supporting the reduction of single-use plastic bottles and encouraging reusable alternatives, further contributing to the venue’s sustainability efforts.
The Venue can actively support the promotion of your event across its website and social media platforms. This may also include working with event organisers to issue press releases and coordinate launch photography where required, helping to maximise visibility in the lead-up to the event.
Your event will be listed on the venue’s website, and it may also be promoted through third-party platforms such as “What’s On L&CCC” and other relevant listings to reach a wider audience. In addition, bespoke marketing activity can be discussed with the aim of providing as much promotional support as possible before and during the event. Venue branding opportunities are generally available, allowing organisers to display branding in appropriate areas subject to agreement.
The Eikon Exhibition Centre is fully accessible at ground level and can be easily accessed by wheelchair users. The venue includes a high-dependency Changing Places facility, providing additional support for visitors with more complex needs. In the foyer area, a hearing loop system is available to assist those with hearing impairments, and the Eikon Hall is equipped with bathrooms featuring adaptable facilities to support a wide range of requirements.

The venue offers extensive on-site parking, with approximately 4,500 spaces available for visitors and exhibitors, and parking is included free of charge as part of the venue experience, however there are currently no EV charging stations.
In terms of catering, the Eikon provides in-house catering services through Vanilla Black Catering, offering a range of food and drink options for events.
Wi-Fi is available for both exhibitors and visitors. Complimentary Wi-Fi s provided for all exhibitors.
The Sales and Business Executive will act as your main point of contact in the lead up to the event, helping to coordinate the venue’s internal teams and external contractors. A list of approved contractors will be provided and cover areas such as catering, stand builders, First Aid, AV production, furniture hire, and event branding.
A Venue Manager will be on site throughout the build-up, duration, and breakdown of your event. They will act as your primary point of contact during this time, ensuring smooth coordination and support at every stage.
All pricing at the Eikon Exhibition Centre is tailored to each individual event, as every event is unique in its scale, format, and operational requirements. Following a consultation with the Events Team, a detailed costing will be prepared based on your specific needs, including the spaces required, duration of hire, and any additional services or support. Once your event dates and costs have been agreed, a formal contract will be issued. This contract will outline all agreed charges, what is included within the hire fee, any additional services or extras, the required deposit, and the full payment terms for your event.
Cancellation terms are clearly set out within the contract.

The Eikon Exhibition Centre offers a range of flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces designed to accommodate events of all sizes, from conferences to large-scale exhibitions and trade shows. The Venue features two exhibition halls that can be hired individually or combined to create a larger event space.
In addition to our indoor facilities, the Eikon Exhibition Centre has extensive outdoor space suitable for exhibitions, demonstrations, equine sports, agricultural events, vehicle displays, and other large-scale outdoor activities. The capacity of each space varies depending on the event format, layout, and operational requirements.
